Fenwick

One of the most extensive Development Agreements to date in Halifax, this project was well received by the community thanks to inclusive and extensive community consultation. Located on the site of the existing Fenwick Tower, the development will include townhouses, commercial office space, renovated suites in the tower and new mixed use and residential buildings.
