Carleton Terrace

Nestled behind the existing mid-century modern Spring Garden Terrace and adjacent to Camp Hill Cemetery, the proposed Carlton Terrace will feature modern amenities and contemporary style. Reinforced by community consultation through the development agreement process, it was clear to the design team that we needed to infill the neighborhood in a sensitive way leading to much discussion and study of surrounding buildings, daylight and shading, greenspaces, streetscapes, and long-views. The result is a project that aims to respectively enter the existing established residential community.
