Killam Head Office

The team at Killam Properties believes in building community for both their tenants and their hard-working employees. They recognized that their staff needed a space that was up-lifting and that would provide the opportunity for casual conversation, larger gatherings, and celebrations.  We designed a renovation that took advantage of an under-utilized storage and office area to create a new staff kitchen and small (but spiffy!) meeting room. They wanted a space that was unique, fresh, and warm – like their staff - and we worked with them to deliver just that.
