The Alexander Leasing Office

A spin-off project from the Alexander, Killam Properties needed a space in which to meet with potential tenants while the project was under construction. A small space in the historic Brewery Market building adjacent to the construction site was ideal – it allowed potential tenants the opportunity to visit the model suites inside the tower and learn more about the benefits of downtown living at the Alexander. The interiors concept was built upon the palette planned for the Alexander and focused on showcasing the work of local designers and craftspeople in Halifax’s original neighbourhood.
