Quinpool Tower

Built in the late seventies, Quinpool Tower has a fantastic location and strong architectural bones but needs rejuvenation. An exterior renovation began a few years ago but Killam Properties wanted to re-think the design concept and colours before moving forward into subsequent phases. The challenge was to find a creative way to incorporate the materials already in place but find a stronger, more exciting architectural voice. The result is a design that blends existing panels with new to create a pixilated pattern on the facade and expands the existing lobby with contemporary style and a bold new entrance – perfect for the urbanites who live there.
